Tomlinson looks to strengthen penalties against games of skill, while Pace-O-Matic stands up for their machines

On Monday afternoon, Sen. Robert Tomlinson (R-Bucks) was joined by Pennsylvania Lottery officials, the Pennsylvania State Police and others to introduce Senate Bill 710, which would strengthen penalties against illegal skill games.

Tomlinson estimates that these “Pennsylvania Skill Games” have cost the Pennsylvania Lottery nearly $138 million in sales over the last year due to being unlicensed and untaxed equipment and therefore kept funding for senior programs funded by the State Lottery.
