Allegheny County postpones certification of election results

The Allegheny County Board of Elections has decided to delay sending its November 8 General Election results to the state so the county Elections Division can review and respond to recount petitions/affidavits being filed. 


The requests filed Monday are seeking to recount votes of the presidential and U.S. Senate results.
